So this is our plan…
Our competitive nature is fueled by entering a race.  We are going to be entering the Spartan Race here locally at Wintergreen
Our plan is to kick off our training with the Advocare 24 Day Challenge. This is a plan that includes, exercise, nutrition supplementation and healthy eating.
We are putting together a group of people to do this together.  If you would like to join us either locally or virtually you can message us through the form below.  We will kick things off with a grocery shopping trip.
